Individualized Passwords
When you sign up for online access to loan-related information, you are asked to create your own username and password to access information related to your loan file. This information is encrypted during transmission. We allow you to select your own personal username (email address) to sign on. We strongly recommend that you use your own email address and not a shared email address that may be accessed by multiple parties.

Do We Sell Your Data
No, Texana does not sell your data to third parties. We also do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act. We do not sell or share personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may also ask you to verify your identity directly.
Third Party Data Purchases
Texana may receive personal information from third-party lead providers, marketing partners, or data aggregators who represent that they have obtained proper consent and that they comply with all applicable consumer protection and privacy laws and regulations. While we take reasonable steps to engage only with reputable providers, Texana is not responsible for the privacy practices, accuracy or subsequent use, sale or transfer of your personal information by such third parties.
If you believe your personal information was shared with us without consent or authorization, you may request that we delete your information by following the procedures described in the “Right to Delete” section of this Privacy Policy.
No Discrimination
